I have a whole lot of questions for you if you wouldn&#039;t mind giving some advice. I had all but dismissed getting returns of over 10% as snake oil. I just bought my first rental property last year but am only getting a 6% return. In the future I would like to shoot for at least 10%, and like you said, why not make it a point to aim higher?

Are you getting 15%+ returns on all your real estate? Multi family only or can you get that with single family as well? Are you always so highly leveraged? Have you had many investments go south? The main reason I was so conservative before is that I don&#039;t want to lose my shirt.]]></description>
